Petitioner has relied upon order dated 30.01.2018 passed in CWP No. 1973 of 2016. Learned counsel submits that petitioners shall be satisfied in case their legal notice, Annexure P-14 is decided. They would limit their claim to 38 months before filing of this petition. Notice of motion. On the asking of court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondents. She at the outset, submits that a decision on the legal notice, Annexure 14 shall be taken by the competent authority within one month from today.

In view of statement made by her, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
