-.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, revision petition has been filed against the order dated 27.10.2017 whereby the lower Appellate Court has dismissed the application moved for restoring the restoration application of the appeal, which was dismissed in default on 06.07.2015 whereas the remedy lies in filing SAO. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the revision petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
This fact is not controverted by Mr. Prateek Sodhi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
Ordered accordingly.
The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
