The present petition has been filed u/s 482 Cr.P.C. praying for direction of life and liberty at the hands of respondent No.4 to 6. In view of the aforesaid development that the petitioner is no more, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition. Consequently, the same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
