Mr. R.S. Bajaj, Advocate, for the petitioner. ***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to take action on the complaint dated 02.02.2022 (Annexure P-5) moved by the petitioner against respondent No.6.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if his complaint (Annexure P-5) is looked into by the concerned authority and an action thereon is taken within four weeks from today.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to look into the complaint (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner and an action thereon be taken within a period of four weeks from today in accordance with law.
