(Oral) As per the report of the Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, the order dated 09.12.2019 was never put up before him and rather on the subsequent date i.e. 10.01.2020, an application was filed by accused for seeking exemption from personal appearance, which was allowed and even on that date, no order was communicated. It is submitted that only on 03.02.2020 by moving an application by one of the accused Sandeep Tiwari @ Pintu TIwari, the order was brought to the notice of the Court regarding stay of proceedings. In view of the above, no contempt is made out. Dismissed.
