-.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) Mr. Punchhi, on instructions from his client, submits that the suit in which the interim order had been passed, which gave cause of action for the revision petition, has been dismissed as withdrawn. Therefore, no cause of action survives in the present revision petition. Mr. Sanjiv Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to revive the revision petition if the statement confronted is found incorrect.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 4, the revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous but with liberty as aforesaid.
