Rattan Singh and another ... Respondents

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL Present:- Mr. Rajender Chhokar, Advocate for the petitioner.

AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The petitioner-plaintiff is aggrieved of the dismissal of the suit on account of non-production of the evidence. Mr. Rajender Chhokar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner-plaintiff submits that in case, one effective opportunity is granted, he will conclude the evidence and other party would have a chance to rebut the same.

The respondents have been served. However, vide order dated 19.05.2015, they were proceeded against ex parte. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner-plaintiff and appraised the paper book and I deem it appropriate to grant one effective opportunity to the petitioner to lead the entire evidence. Accordingly, the revision petition stands allowed.
