The present petition has been filed under Section 483 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking regular bail in FIR No.414 dated 12.10.2016 under Section 395 of IPC, 1860 and Sections 25, 54, 59 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Bhuna, District Fatehabad. 2.

Custody certificate dated 26.07.2025 filed in Court today is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the State informs the Court that the prosecution evidence has been completed and the case is now fixed for recording of statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C.

Since the trial proceedings qua the petitioner, are at fag end, no ground is made out to grant concession of regular bail to the petitioner and the present petition is disposed of, accordingly.
