Challenge in the present appeal is to the judgment/order dated 19.11.2004, passed by the learned Special Judge, Patiala, whereby the appellant was convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for two years alongwith fine of Rs.3000/- and in default of payment of the same, to further undergo rigorous imprisonment for six months for the offence under Section 15 (b) of NDPS Act, 1985.

Death certificate of sole appellant along with statement of SI Mewa Singh has been filed today in Court. The same is taken on record. 3.
