Counsel does not press the present revision petition and prays for liberty to withdraw the same in order to file fresh one with the same cause of action.

Ordered accordingly. The petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh revision petition within a period of 4 weeks from today, failing which, he shall not be permitted to do so.
