Amar Singh .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Avtar Singh Bhatti,Advocate for the petitioners Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Defendants are in revision assailing the concurrent orders passed by both the Courts below whereby application of the plaintiff under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC for grant of temporary injunction has been allowed and the defendants have been restrained from interfering in the possession of the plaintiff in the shop/ suit property. It is apparent that plaintiff was inducted as a tenant in the suit property/shop by the previous owner from whom the present petitioners/defendants purchased the suit property and thus became the natural landlords. Plaintiff filed a suit for permanent injunction seeking to restrain the defendants/petitioners from interfering in his possession except in due course of law. His prayer for grant of temporary injunction has been allowed.

After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
