This aspect is not disputed by learned State counsel. 5.

During the course of hearing on 29.01.2025 following order was passed: - "Counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that the petitioner got absented which resulted into cancellation of his bail. appear before the Court concerned due to some unavoidable circumstances.

Mr. Arjun Lakhanpal, Addl.A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State and prays for time to seek necessary instructions. Needful be done by the next date of hearing. Now be listed on 02.07.2025.

In the meantime, the petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the Court concerned within next 10 days and on his doing so, the petitioner is directed to be released on interim bail to its own satisfaction by the Court concerned subject to cost of Rs.50,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner with the Poor Patient Fund, PGIMER, Chandigarh. The petitioner is to abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023."
