(ORAL) The petitioner has invoked revisional jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide the suit No. PA No. 14 dated 5.8.2010 and Suit No. 216 dated 3.9.2014 titled as (Ramandeep Kaur and another Vs. Bhupinder Singh and another), in a time bound frame. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the paper-book.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that application for permission to sue as indigent person has since been decided by the learned trial Court. It is, however, contended that the application was decided after about 4 years of institution of the suit. It is, therefore, contended that the instant petition may be disposed of, with liberty to the RISHU KATARIA 2015.02.18 17:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CR-972-2015 -2petitioner to move appropriate application for grant of interim maintenance before the trial Court and further a direction may be issued to the trial Court to dispose of the application expeditiously. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move application for grant of interim maintenance and on doing so, the trial Court shall decide the same expeditiously.
