Learned counsel for the State submits that impugned order dated 19.01.2022 whereby petitioner has been transferred from DEO, Karnal to DIET Shahapur has been cancelled vide order dated 05.04.2022, therefore, this writ petition is rendered infructuous. Copy thereof furnished in Court today is taken on record subject to just exceptions.
