Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct respondent Nos. 3 & 4 to release the original Detail Marks Card of the petitioner for B.Sc. Course.
Learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that his grievance has been redressed, therefore, he does not want to pursue the present petition any further.
In view of the above, instant petition is disposed off accordingly.
