Supplementary statement of Mr. Krishan Kumar Goel, Senior Advocate (Annexure "A") is taken on record.

Mr. Deepender Singh, Addl. AG, Punjab, on instructions from Saurav Jindal, PPS, Superintendent of Police, Mohali (Investigation), who is present in Court, would state that another person i.e. Ravi named by Mr. K.K. Goel, complainant will be arrayed as an accused and accordingly move investigation further to reach a logical conclusion by filing the final report/challan.

In the light of the assurance given by the Superintendent of Police Mohali, nothing survives in the instant petition to be addressed and accordingly, Mr. Rohit Sud, President, Punjab & Haryana High Court Bar Association states that he does not wish to pursue the prayer made in the instant petition any further and the same is hereby disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

However, Mr. K.K. Goel, Advocate would be at liberty to move necessary application in case he further feels aggrieved by the investigation from today onwards.
