Pursuant to order dated 2.2.2024, learned counsel representing respondents No.4 and 5 informed that an amount of Rs.1,87,840/- has already been deposited by the petitioner with respondent No.5. Learned counsel for respondents No.4 and 5 fairly stated that respondents No.4 and 5 shall not use any force to seize the vehicle in question and shall not take possession of the same except in due course of law and would resort to all the legal means as available for recovery of the loan.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for respondents No.4 and 5, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
