Petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 16.12.2020, Annexure P-2 passed by respondent No.3 whereby the vehicle i.e. truck/trolla having 22 tyres bearing Registration No.HR 63 D 9220 has been seized by the Mining Departmentrespondent No.3. At the outset, a query has been put to learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether the aforesaid order is appealable in nature. His answer is in affirmative. He further submits that an appeal has already been filed before respondent No.2. However, no decision has been taken thereon despite lapse of two months.
