(Oral) The instant application has been filed under Section 378(4) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C for grant of special leave to appeal from the order of discharge dated 29.11.2018 passed in complaint case under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and he may be permitted to withdraw the present application.
