Present writ petition has been filed directing the respondents to re-instate the petitioner, whose services have been terminated after a period of 22 years. Further prayer of the petitioner is to decide the representation dated 04.12.2023 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case the representation of the petitioner dated 04.12.2023 (Annexure P-1) has been received in the concerned office and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the authorities concerned within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of copy of this order and in case, it is found feasible to grant the relief claimed in the HARSHA RANI 2024.03.01 06:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
