The present regular second appeal is preferred against the judgment and decree dated 18.10.2018 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Amritsar, whereby, suit for mandatory injunction filed by the appellant was dismissed and judgment and decree dated 25.08.2022 passed by learned District Judge, Amritsar, whereby, the appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 18.10.2018 was also dismissed. 2.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Ashish Bansal, Advocate, has filed filed his Power of Attorney and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.
Since the amount involved in the present regular second appeal is less than Rs.25,000/-, therefore, as per Section 102 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the present regular second appeal would not be maintainable.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present regular second appeal with liberty to the appellant to avail the remedy as is available to him in accordance with law. 6.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 7.
