(ORAL) This is petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in case FIR No.56 dated 23rd of March, 2019 under Sections 302, 148, 149 IPC, 1860 (Section 148, 149 IPC deleted later on) at Police Station Sadar Fazilka District Fazilka. Counsel for the petitioner submit that he confine his prayer to the expeditious conclusion of the trial which is being delayed on account of pendency of application filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C. at the hands of prosecution.

In view of the aforesaid prayer, the present petition is disposed off with the direction to the Trial Court is decide the application filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C. expeditiously preferably on the next date of hearing fixed before it i.e. 21st of March, 2023.
