Learned counsel for the tenant-petitioners, on instructions from Sanjeev Kumar son of Nafe Singh who is present in Court and whose statement is recorded separately, states that the tenant-petitioners do not wish to press the present revision petition on merits and that the vacant possession of the property shall be handed over to the landlord-respondent no.1 on or before 30.04.2023.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the landlord-respondent no.1 states that he has no objection if the present revision petition is disposed off in terms of the statement made by learned counsel for the tenant-petitioners.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off on the statement made by learned counsel for the tenant-petitioners that JITENDER KUMAR 2023.01.20 09:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
