Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Randhir Singh, submits that appellant Chhanga @ Manoj @ Vinod has died and has placed on record photocopy of his Death Certificate. The same is taken on record. Office to tag the same at appropriate place. As per the Death Certificate, the appellant expired on 17.06.2013. Learned counsel for the appellant has verified the factum of death of the appellant.
