Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.167 dated 30.10.2025 under Sections 309(4), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 249/317(2) of BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Bhargo Camp, District Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar.
