CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KSHETARPAL
Present:
Ms. Alisha Soni, Advocate for the petitioner.
ANIL KSHETARPAL, J.(Oral) Applicant filed an application for being impleaded as a party on the ground that he is a auction purchaser.
It has been clearly recorded in the impugned order that the applicant has himself admitted that he has not deposited 25% of the auction amount, which was required to be deposited with the State Government before petitioner could claim any right, title or interest in the property in dispute.
This fact is not disputed before me. In view thereof, there is no ground to interfere with the impugned order passed. Hence, this revision petition is dismissed.
