The application (CM-10571-CII-2016) seeking fixation of mesne profits has been decided vide separate detailed order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that possession of the demised premises has already been handed over to landlordsrespondents, as such, this revision petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for respondents submits that possession of the demised premises has been handed over to landlords-respondents and they have also received the keys of demised premises in Court. In view of submissions of learned counsel for parties, instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
