(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for seeking direction to the respondents No. 1 to 3 to complete and conclude the investigation in time bound manner of the case FIR No. 0188 dated 15.06.2023 under Section 354-A IPC registered at Police Station Sector 5, Panchkula (Annexure P-1).
