Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of FIR No.252 dated 28.06.2023 under Sections 120-B, 323, 324, 365, 367, 506, 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Dabwali, District Sirsa.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that out of 04 total accused, present petition has been filed by only 01, thus, in view of the Division Bench Judgment Rakesh Das vs. State of Haryana and Anr., Law Finder Doc Id# 2663704, 2024(4) NCPHHC 147654, prayer for partial quashing of FIR cannot be accepted.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh comprehensive petition by impleading all the necessary parties/victims/complainant.
