Reply by way of affidavit of Sh.N.D. Negi, Superintendent Central Jail, Bathinda has been filed in Court today and the same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to counsel opposite. 2.
As per the Medical Status Report of the petitioner, which has been annexed as Annexure R-1, the petitioner was sent to AIIMS, Bathinda on 05.06.2024 where he was examined by a Cardiologist. No cardiac intervention was advised by the Cardiologist as his condition was opined to be clinically stable. However, he has again been referred to Civil Hospital, Bathinda for complaints of dyspnea on exertion for further evaluation and management. 3.
In view of the Medical Status Report, Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition. 4.
Dismissed as not pressed.
