(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to join as Clerk in Government P.G. College for Women, Rohtak, under Outsource Policy Part-II issued vide notification dated 06.04.2015.

A perusal of the impugned order shows that the petitioner is already working under Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited since 01.08.2022, and there is no policy/instructions for adjustment of such employees under Outsourcing Policy. Besides, as per instructions dated 28.09.2021, the Government has taken a conscious decision to stop fresh engagement/recruitment under Part-I and Part-II of Outsourcing Policy with immediate effect. It has also been decided that further engagement of GroupC and Group-D employees under Part-I and Part-II of the policy is to be made by the Nigam.
