(Oral) Present appeal has been preferred against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 03.04.2008 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani in case stemming from FIR No.61 dated 06.07.2002 registered under Sections 17/18/20/61/85 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Bond Kalan.

2. Learned State counsel, at the very outset, on instructions from Inspector Satbir, submits that during the pendency of present appeal, appellant-Rambir has passed away on 11.03.2017. He produces the Death Certificate of the appellant, which is taken on record.
