SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J.(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.0139 dated 27.05.2021 registered under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC registered at Police Station Civil Lines Sirsa, District Sirsa (Annexure P-1) with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, qua petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with a liberty to take all these please before the trial Court at an appropriate stage.
