Main case Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC for quashing of the order dated 25.01.2023 vide which the bail bonds and surety bonds of the petitioner have been forfeited in case FIR No.190 dated 21.09.2020 under Sections 419, 420, 120-B IPC (Section 474 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station South Sector 34, Chandigarh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was on bail in the FIR in question and had been regularly appearing before the trial Court, however, on 25.01.2023 she could not appear before the Court concerned as she was advised bed rest by the doctor. In view of the submissions made above, the petition is disposed of with directions to the petitioner to appear and surrender before the trial Court on or before 10.02.2023 and move appropriate application for grant of bail. Till then no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner. The trial Court on such application being moved shall decide it expeditiously in accordance with law.
