(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the revision petitions against the interim orders passed in pending suits have become infructuous, as the main suits itself have been decided. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the respondent, the revision petitions are dismissed as having become infrcutuous. However, liberty is granted to the counsel for the petitioner to revive the petitions in case the statement is found to be incorrect.
