(Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for seeking bail in Criminal Case bearing FIR No. 0139 dated 28.11.2023 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 376, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Koom Kalan, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the State, submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court), Ludhiana in the above said FIR vide judgment dated 02.08.2024. A copy of the said judgment has been handed over in Court today, which is taken on record.
