As per office report, notice issued to the petitioner has been received back with the report that the petitioner has expired. Since neither any application has been moved to bring their legal representatives on record; nor is there any information forthcoming about any surviving interest in the petition, we deem it appropriate to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution.
