(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.2 to consider the legal notice of the petitioner and renew the passport of the petitioner. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
