The petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 27.01.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.2 whereby representation of petitioner has been rejected in a swift manner with mala fide and arbitrary manner.
