(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made to mark an enquiry to Crime Branch of Punjab Police in case FIR No.188 dated 08.11.2018 (P-6), under Sections 302, 307, 148, 149 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur, as the husband of the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, is directed to look into representation, if any, filed by the petitioner before him, in a time-bound manner.
