The petitioner alleges non-compliance of the order dated 223.05.2022 vide which a direction was issued to the respondents to decide the representation.
As per the affidavit filed by the Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali, after seeking a report from the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Zirakpur, it was found that the dispute is regarding partition of a joint house and no cognizable offence is made out.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
