(ORAL) At the very outset, learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 5 submits that he has instructions to state that fresh orders are to be passed after considering the contentions of the petitioner, in accordance with law. He further states that such like orders have already been passed in the case of other similarly situated persons as borne out from Annexure P-10. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection if such course is accepted.

In view of the above, the instant petition is allowed. Impugned orders contained at Annexurs P-6 and P-9 are set aside. Let the competent authority pass a fresh order considering the contentions of petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
