(ORAL ) Learned counsel for the petitioner has, inter alia, contended that in the present case the petitioner is being harassed by the police especially respondent No.3 - DSP City II, Mohali, and is being called to the police station number of times despite the fact that there is no FIR registered against the petitioner. He has further submitted that although an application has been submitted to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Mohali vide Annexure P2 but no action has been taken on the same.
