The petitioner herein is a tenant. He was ordered to be evicted on 01.04.2016. An application filed for setting aside the ex parte decree was dismissed on 28.10.2017.

The learned counsel representing the respondent No.1 has informed this Court that the petitioner has already returned the possession to the respondent No.1.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts, he has failed to contact the petitioner as he is not attending the telephonic calls and has, also, not responded to the registered letter.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present revision petition. Consequently, the present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
