HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 14.10.2014 passed by Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kalka, acquitting the respondent of charge under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
On 01.02.2023, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Accordingly, it was directed that parties as well as their respective counsels be notified of the date fixed i.e. today. As per office report, counsel for the appellant as well as counsel for the respondent have been informed through e-mail about the date fixed i.e. 19.04.2023. However, notice issued to appellant has been received back unserved as the appellant has changed her address, a copy of the notice has been affixed at the given address.
