(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.330 dated 01.12.2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 325 and 506 IPC at Police Station Adampur.

According to the prosecution, in the evening of 30.11.2018, by taking out from his car, complainant was caught hold by the petitioner, whereas his co-accused, namely, Joginder, Satpal, Pawan etc. caused injuries to him and also extended threat to done him to death. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that petitioner and complainant are the authorised liquor vendors. Some dispute arose amongst them. Therefore, the complainant concocted a false story and lodged impugned FIR against the petitioner and his alleged co-accused. Heard.

In order dated 08.01.2019 learned Sessions Judge, Hisar, while RAVINDER SINGH 2019.02.01 17:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document rejecting the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner, has mentioned

-2CRM-M-4275 of 2019 the fact that petitioner is involved in ten more criminal cases. Considering this aspect of the matter that petitioner is an habitual offender, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Dismissed.
