In the present case, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant. A perusal of the record reveals that appellant was in custody at the time of filing of the appeal. There is no order available on the file whereby appellant was ordered to be released on bail during the pendency of the appeal. It appears that appellant must have undergone the sentence qua imprisonment by now and due to this reason, appellant is not interested in proceedings with this appeal as it has been rendered infructuous. Appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
