ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) On the first call, a pass-over was sought. On second call, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. On 20.05.2022 the following order was passed : "A request for an adjournment has been circulated on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners on the ground that he has personal difficulty. On 11.02.2022, none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. On 08.03.2022, the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioners. Yet again the case was adjourned on 18.04.2022 on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners on the ground that he was not feeling well. Today again a request for an adjournment has been circulated. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 13.09.2022. However, it is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted."
