(Oral) [1] Prayer in this revision petition is for issuance of directions to the Land Acquisition Collector/DRO, Karnal to decide the execution petition (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioners under Order 21 Rule 11 CPC for execution of the judgment/award dated 30.09.2013 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Court of Sh. Dalel Singh, Land Acquisition Collector-cum-DRO, Karnal. [2] Learned counsel states that after filing of the execution petition (Annexure P-3) on 22.10.2013, no proceedings were conducted in the aforementioned application by the learned Land Acquisition Collector/DRO, Karnal despite the petitioners having approached the learned Land Acquisition Collector/DRO, Karnal on a number of occasions.

[3] Learned counsel states that the petitioners would be satisfied if the revision petition is disposed of by directing the learned Land Acquisition Collector/DRO, Karnal to decide the execution petition (Annexure P-3) in a time Sonia Bura 2017.12.

CR No.8870 of 2017 -2bound manner.

[4] Having hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of the present petition without issuing notice to the respondents by directing the Land Acquisition Collector/DRO, Karnal to take action on the execution petition (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioners under Order 21 Rule 11 CPC in accordance with law and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from today keeping in view the fact that the aforementioned execution petition (Annexure P-3) was filed on 22.10.2013.

[5] Revision petition disposed of as above.
