(Oral) Present appeal has been preferred against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 17/21.04.2008 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sirsa in case stemming from FIR No.81 dated 03.09.2005 registered under Section 15 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Baragudha.
2. Learned State counsel, at the very outset, on instructions from Inspector Rajesh Kumar, submits that during the pendency of present appeal, appellant-Bhola Singh has passed away on 26.09.2021. He produces the Death Certificate of the appellant, which is taken on record.
